Pregnant? A fitter mom means a fitter baby.  We believe women should work out while they are pregnant. In fact, labor is the single most physically demanding ... so why not train for it?  This time is for you: stay physically fit, nourish your mind and body, and bond with baby.

Postpartum? Postpartum is an opportunity to start anew.  Get yourself moving and give yourself space to heal physically and emotionally from labor.  Set a foundation for intentional, sustainable movement and enjoy all the amazing things your postpartum body can accomplish
